My last appointment was agreed at 11:45, sadly after arriving I have experienced that somebody put my appointment first at 3:30pm! what I never agreed on. I had to reorganised my all afternoon as this appointment was very important to me. If I would provide such customer service I would be definitely punished. Will something happen in this case? I think it is very irresponsible special when it happened already several times...
