- Will P Review added: 2018.12.08★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Inefficient and careless. I sent an item using next day special delivery on Sunday and the shopkeeper (who owns the premises), issued the receipt. The item was supposed to be delivered on by 1pm on Tuesday. It 3 pm Tuesday now, and RM tracking still doesn't show anything other than 'We've got it'. I guess the shopkeeper forgot to hand it over to the post. And as usual RM customer care sucks.
