- kelly bendall Review added: 2018.10.05★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆It's OK but you can normally get a nicer cup of tea for much cheaper some where else. The place gets very overcrowded and sometimes there is no where to sit. This is difficult if I have a meeting or trying to catch up on work.

I also ordered a brownie as well and payed for everything. They never gave it to me and I forgot about it. Even though I forgot, I stayed in the shop for a long time and still didn't receive a brownie. They completely forgot about it. They didn't ask for your name or even wrote on the cup if I wanted cream or not. The staff are to blame for this.
