They do not acknowledge your notice by email, then pretend it has expired to make you sign another notice and request more payment despite you leaving and them renting the same unit to another person. And then they pass your contact details to a debt recovery company without sending any final invoice and calling/emailing you once about the invoice you never received. Do not trust the manager John and this employee
