- Gwen Gentle Review added: 2018.11.23★ ★ ★ ★ ★I visited this store on tuesday 21/2/17. The product I wanted (lip exfoliator) was not in stock although a delivery had just been made. The shop assistant (Safa) cleaned up the (try me display item) and gave me a small amount in a container to be going on with. (SHE SAVED MY LIFE). I went back to the store on Saturday 25/2/17 and yes I got the only one left. Unfortunately not in stock was the lip conditioner I wanted to partner the exfoliator . The manager (Aida) gave me a sample of two items that I could use in the meantime. I am so delighted with the service I received from both members of staff that I am (with loyalty card in hand), a firm new shopper of the body shop because if these two ladies.
