The issue was that the earthy/chocolate/sexy aromas and flavours that one would expect from the Black Truffle was non-existent. The truffles were tasteless. Bland. We can only guess that they were using very old truffles.(?) Yes, the dishes are visually well executed and the service was very good but the culinary experience was very bland.
