I had to re-learn my previous technic which was making me feel out of breath and not really enjoying the whole swimming experience. Learnt loads on the right kicking technique, most optimum arms placement & movement , breathing and body rotation. I can now swim confidently and at a much more relaxed pace. Thanks loads Rachel!
