  Pathetic service - I would never use this service again. I worked with Natasha Bullen and Oliver Bell for a change of use D2 application. Oliver was the senior person and agreed that planning normally takes 8 weeks but with most London council it would take longer. As soon as the 8 weeks were over Oliver demanded more money or they would reduce the service. I refused to pay, as they were fully aware that the application would take longer. There reduced service was a complete hands off, I don't care approach. A random email to me asking if I have received correspondence from the council - when its their duty to take this application to completion.
  
  Natasha Bullen - the reason the entire process was delayed was due to her lack of experience and her inability chase the case officer. She even refused to arrange a conference call with all the parties concerned. When it was well within her remit to do. I had to take matters on to my own hands due to the actions (or inactions) of Natasha. Within 1 week and few phone calls, I was able to get hold of the environmental officer and arrange meetings to resolve the issues at hand.
  
  I am more than happy to share any details of the handling if anyone wish. There are plenty of other planners out there. Avoid if you can.
