My husband and I booked appointments next too each other at 2.00 and 2.15, my husband was seen at 2.30 (30 minutes late) then I wasn’t seen until 3.10 (50 minutes late). On the following occasion I booked my appointment at 1.00, on the advice of the receptionist as she said the first appointment in the afternoon shouldn’t be delayed. After waiting for 20 minutes of waiting the dentist saunters In at 1.15. I was absolutely furious as my work commitments dictate a tight schedule. I made my dissatisfaction pretty clear and left and have not returned.
These are the worst examples but we have been kept waiting every single time. I have since changes dentist (where I am seen promptly at my appointment time) and I would recommend everyone to avoid this tardy practice. - Jack Yuan Review added: 2018.07.05★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Average waiting time is 45 minutes per my experience, but they only wait for you for max of 5 minutes if you are late.
