- Neelam Raval Review added: 2017.12.21★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! They shrunk my beautiful £300 long woollen Hobbs coat! They clearly have no idea what they are doing. I am going to talk to them today to ask what they can do. An acknowledgment and an apology to start with would be good. Absolutely awful!
Update:
I called and the man refused to listen. He assumed I simply wanted money. I told him quite clearly and calmly that I had not even suggested that but all I had asked him was what was he going to do help resolve the situation. He simply shouted and said not to bother coming to see him as it wouldn't change anything. Terrible customer service! He simply had to listen and initially acknowledge the problem. But point blank refused. As I stated earlier, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
