For an 8 minute check up, I as charged an over the top amount for a less than satisfactory service. The dentist did not pick up on the exposed root that required a filling.. Then I requested a 30min hygienist appointment to cut down on the costs from 1 hour and was told it was not possible, because 30min appointments are for children only, and my hygienist appointment was subsequently cancelled and I was told I would be charge. I love the luxurious surroundings but do not want to pay over the top prices and charges. The patient should be given choices. I have taken my service elsewhere where I can get a 30min hygienist appointment for a fraction of the price.
