Normally, I'm understanding about such issues, especially as we were warned upon arrival. However, I'd telephoned a couple hours earlier for a reservation and a told nothing about this problem. And the gas not working doesn't explain the 20 ish minutes it took to get our drink orders placed.
Another issue was that about a third of the menu wa unavailable. Something we did not find out about until we started to try and order dinner.
