I rented a property in Ladbroke Gardens through Chard Notting Hill. Towards the end of my tenancy Chard started marketing the apartment and I agreed that I would be flexible to move out early if they find a new tenant before the official end of my tenancy agreement (back then I’ve already moved in with my girlfriend). I’ve emptied and cleaned the flat apart from a portable dishwasher and went away for the weekend. When I came back not only did someone move in and Chard didn’t tell me, they also didn’t return my dishwasher. I tried everything I could for weeks to get my dishwasher back, but all I received were rude and untrue replies from Chard letting. I eventually gave up fighting for my dishwasher (I never even bothered arguing about the fact that they let out the flat while I was still the tenant).
