- Kunyuan Tian Review added: 2018.03.30★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible service from the lady staff for biometric enrolment. We applied visa as a family and submitted our all passports to home office. When we tried to enrol for our little boy, she asked for parent's photo id and insisted that it must be either a passport or driving licence. But in fact the letters we submitted to her at the very beginning were more than sufficient. She didn't even think about the irony here and didn't check the paperwork we had. Instead kept telling us to go back and check the website and refused the service. No knowledge of what she's doing, no understanding, no sympathy......Very angry and disappointed....I guess she's not bothered and just having her fun.
