- Audrey Gabor Review added: 2018.10.02★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This has more to do with Barclay's obvious disregard for its customers than the attitude of their employees, but by gods this place is slow and machines never seem work. Seriously changing banks from now - it is unacceptable to have to wait over an hour(!) in order to get help.
- Katie Warrener Review added: 2018.09.11★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely atrocious customer service. When I visited this store there was lots of staff just wondering around doing nothing. One woman was sat at her desk counting out a big bag of cash. I waited in a Que of two people for at least 10 minutes before being told I had to wait an hour to get my card printed. Which Barclays had failed to send me twice already (why I had to go into branch). I asked to book an appointment and was told that service is only available to new customers (not those that had been with Barclays for 20 years obviously). The woman who served me was very rude and had a cba attitude. The guy next to her was just staring at me and repeatedly saying 'nah... Hour at least' Instead of serving another customer. Whilst sat there waiting (because I had no choice) I counted at least 6 other highly annoyed customers who faced attitude from the staff. There was no manager in branch according to the cashiers. Also... No queing system. whilst sat there random staff members came from out back and just served the first person they saw (usually someone who just walked in). To top it all off they never cancelled the last card that was sent to me when it didn't turn up. So for all I know.... someone could have been walking around with my card!!
- Justin Haynes Review added: 2018.09.10★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Pretty much the same as any other branch really, or any other bank for that matter. Only one of the self serve machines was working, and being in a rush I did say to a member of staff that it's not really good enough, but she started to complain to me that she had been taking complaints all day and she had had enough! Perhaps she needed a holiday.
