- Sharnelle Bertram Review added: 2018.09.25★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Don't waste your time. They over charge, do not clean their tools between customers. They do not listen to what you want done. My £35 manicure lasted 2 days before nails where chipped. Went back to complain as this has never happened to me before. My nails usually last me 3-4 weeks and after over charging me the 1st time by £5 had the cheek to ask for more money from me. Came in with long natural nails left with short stub nails as they made them so weak they had to clip them back start again. Very rude and spoke in their language the whole time I was in the shop. Won't be going back.
