If you are willing to understand more about sushi and how to cook it at home, I would highly recommend you start from Yuki's classes. Very friendly environment with plenty of time for questions. Yuki is great and she will give you so many tips on where to find the right ingredients close to where you live and a lot of curiosities about Japanese cuisine. Learning in a group of 8 people is perfect as you can ask all the questions you need and yet benefit from other people questions and comments. It is also the perfect gift and a very nice thing to share with someone else, we had so much fun. Thank you Yuki.
