She is professional, polite and helpful. It's lovely having Helen , who is also fabulous, there as a receptionist which means Hermina's work isn't disturbed. The YOU clinic is very hygienic too. Love going there even just for one of Helen's amazing cuppas.

Sonya has made me feel so comfortable and at ease, she is very attentive and is always happy to answer my questions. Sonya takes her time she doesn't rush nor cut corners, her after care is very clear.
I would highly recommend Sonya I'm so happy I found the YOU clinic, after a bad experience with another clinic I had used previously I can honestly say my experience at the YOU clinic is 5*.
