- Chloe Davies Review added: 2018.01.18★ ★ ★ ★ ★I was recommended to Petra by my regular yoga teacher as I wanted to do some yoga specifically catering for labour. I started with Petra at 12 weeks. Petra's classes were just the ticket, they are simple exercises (no previous yoga experience required) you can do prior to birth to help prep both you and the baby/foetus. She also includes breathing exercises which were invaluable to me when I went into labour. As a mum of three she also has a wealth of knowledge and experience to help you with so many aspects of pregnancy including managing the various pains you get. Her couples workshop was also brilliant, it catered more towards to birth partners which was great as it gave my husband tricks and tips to help support me during my labour. The fact all the classes have the same format is great as it means when you are in labour you go onto autopilot. The small class size also means you get to meet other new mums.
