I didn't think I would ever be jumping out of bed to make 7am classes but I literally can't wait to get to the barre every morning. I've seen a huge improvement in my injuries and strength levels and I have honestly tried and paid for pretty much everything to help with my bad back this past few years. This is the only thing I've found so far that balances safety with high challenge levels.
