After having wasted an hour and a half at the Samsung Service centre in Wandsworth I passed Wireless Vision on my way home and decided to ask their opinion on my swollen S7 battery. They swapped it for a new one while I stood there, something which was going to take almost 2 weeks if I'd left it to Samsung plus my whole phone being wiped. I'm so pleased I'm going to take my cracked iPad and old S5 in for repair tomorrow!
