On both occasions, the store salesperson chooses the customers that he wants to serve rather "racistly". When approached to ask him a question, I received a flat reply. However, he was full of warmth when serving other customers of his preference. All Asian looking customers were deliberately SKIPPED as he walked around the store asking potential customers to try a new product. A shop with such great heritage, but zero customer service standard. A pity.

Training your staff can result in better customer service, better image of this brand. The clerk I met today, she does not deserve the salary and company's investment. I don't think she can speak fluently in chinese as fluent as in English. This is my first time to post comment on Google map actually cuz I exploded with rage after this kinds of shopping experience. I love high quality and reasonable price in whittard of Chelsea very much. That's the reason why I hope it better.
