  They are open until 5pm on Saturdays. Not as advertised [NB: The last postal collection is at Midday on Saturdays].
  
  I would also agree, sadly, the only good service I have ever received in over a decade is from the single male member of staff, who is polite and friendly every single time.
  
  ALL OF THE FEMALE staff members proffer the worst examples of customer service.
  
  One last point for the Manager would be to recognise that, as highlighted by another customer, that the slightly elder Indian lady who works on the front desk is unbelievably rude. Shockingly so.
  
  She may be older, but that is no reason for her to be rude to people. If she cant be nice on a basic level, maybe she shouldnt be there.
  
  I wouldnt be surprised if she came to harm some day. I've seen it happen in places where the staff are twice as nice as her and her confrontational, combative ways and her miserable old face. Someone, someday just might get so irritated by her attitude that they might just act on their frustrations physically.
  
  People in South London and around the globe recognise our individual and personal requirements when it comes to service, because of these reviews and platforms for sharing information about stores, Post Offices etc and their staff.
  
  The Manager should address training issues, as soon as possible.
