- Viran Patel Review added: 2018.03.03★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Really disappointed with this place. Me and my wife came in and sat on a table waiting for our friends. Our friends turned up (mixed group husbands and wife’s) and were refused entry because apparently the bouncers don’t let groups in until 11:30. I spoke to the general manager and he agreed this was ridiculous. He then confronted the bouncers in front of me but didn’t say anything when the bouncers said the same thing to him. So apparently you have to reverse a standing position in this place???
I’ve been here many times before and I’ve enjoyed my night unfortunately on this occasion the bouncers seem to have more say than the general manager (who turns into a mute) and doesn’t stand up for what he agrees on. The bouncer said he would rather have us out, I was not being aggressive so he couldn’t throw me and my wife out physically.
It’s a shame as me and my wife were thinking of hiring an area for her birthday at the beginning of January but after this experience I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who wants to meet their friends.
The bouncers clearly have an agenda. I would like to speak to someone more superior than the general manager because this place has the making of being a great place to go.
