Told that I will be called in the afternoon. Contacted in the morning instead. missed both call as in public transport, try to call back but no answer. Contact centre and finally told that I can't be contacted again as I missed the call twice. Now I need to go to the hospital. Waste of everyone's time and money. This phone consultation system is not working
