- Hugo Hugo Review added: 2017.12.28★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Since 1989 I’ve bought about eight bikes here including a custom made machine. I’ve also used them for servicing and customising on other bikes. I used to think the overall experience a lesson to the auto trade. It was superb. It was an incredibly warm and friendly place (although I’ve noticed in recent years the sales team has become increasingly less so). However , after a serious accident with life changing injuries I needed to sell my Harley. They had me over a barrel and were less than helpful. The bike was eventually sold for next to nothing after a series of mishaps. They even threatened to dump the bike back with me despite knocking I was wheelchair bound with nowhere to keep it. What price loyalty? Very sad
