- Richard Buck Review added: 2018.01.06★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I am refurbishing a flat and W on W are supplying and fitting parquet to the hall and three reception rooms. its a big cost. My experience so far (and it is not finished) is ok but not great. They have not kept to schedule and have caused delays to other aspects of the refurbishment. i was very surprised that for one of the fitters it was his first time ever doing this work. you don't expect that from such an expensive outfit. you expect experience and skill. Makes you worried it wont look brilliant when all done.... but i will post again!

Throughout the entire process the manager went above and beyond what was necessary to match the specifications we came up with.
