- Mega I Review added: 2018.07.04★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Waitrose has gone downhill in my books. it used to be a great store but honestly the staff seem to not care about their store or customers like they used to. the staff attitude is my mine problem i find them rude and incompetent. I've had people asking for the saffron like 10 times in the past year the staff keep telling them is out of stock yet I know they don't know what they're talking about and the reason they can't find it it's because it's in another section and not with the general Herbs. just things like this really put the store down
