- Eric Lin Review added: 2018.03.10★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆First of all, I am not really a Wagamama fan, the food is not authentic asian, and not cheap. I use it just because it’s convenient sometimes.
I was standing at the corridor near the till desk, waiting to be seated. Several waiters saw me, but simply turned their heads away and got on with their other “work”. What’s this? Can’t they have some common sense, or courtesy to come up and greet me? They might think I was ordering a take away, but even though, can’t they just ask me to make sure, rather than ignoring me? Really poor customer service here! Though I am not looking for a 5 star service in a fast-food place like this, but come on, Wagamama, do some training of your staff!!! And let them learn how to pay a bit more attention to people.... this is the most basic of customer service!
