I ordered a vegan waffle and they said they hated making vegan waffles as they were difficult to make even though they clearly offer it on their menu and shouldn't discriminate against dietary requirements. They then proceeded to attempt to make the waffle, charged me for it and then when it stuck to the iron they simply said here's your money back. No attempt to make it again or real apology. Frankly when a service is offered they should know how to make it especially if they are stating they will cater to dietary requirements. They were rude to me simply on the basis of my lactose intolerance and I would advise against purchasing anything from them.
