- Fereshteh Moghadam Review added: 2018.01.06★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible customer service. Had a very bad experience there as the owner was so rude, she didn't care about customers concern, she just cared about money and that's it.
I booked appointment with a lady who regularly do my nails and when I got there that lady was with another customer so I said it's fine I can wait for her, then the owner accused me that I didn't book with that lady while I booked the appointment by phone and she was forcing me to get my nail done with an other members of staff.
I had a very unpleasant time in there and while I was there to get my nail done the owner was still keep moaning that why I asked for the same lady who always do my nails.
Absolutely disappointed, I won't go back there anymore.
Don't recommend this place because of lack of customers service, also lack of experience.
