Saleclerks do not know anything about rules of the company they work for, just blaming each other when a customer complains. Completely careless about their customers. I went there to buy a new mobile phone and I was told, repeatedly, that I still had my current broken phone guaranteed and after 13 days (the saleclerk said three but I already knew he lied) I had been waiting ( without any other mobile) and I went back ( two times, due to when the repairing Centre writes to you that it has been dispatched it is always a lie! Revolting) to discover that it is not guaranteed and I finally have not it repaired yet. DO NOT GO THERE! DO NOT TRUST THEM! It has been my second time ( the first was bad too) and my last! Never again!
