- Jenna Keevers Review added: 2018.08.18★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My partner was signed up with Vision Express Clapham for a few years and every encounter was bad. Terrible customer service. The staff are not very attentive and never able to help you. Bad encounters have been handing over other clients perscriptions and not unstanding the mistake they made, incorrect details on their system, not having knowledge of glasses he was browsing at, or his offer for free glasses, not allowing him to collect contact lenses he ordered unless he had an appointment and once he was 5 minutes late and they refused to see him. Happy to say he no longer goes here. Would never recommend. Avoid this place.
