I told them I no longer wanted them to market my flat. I paid to advertise my own flat on all the property websites only to find they haven't removed their ad for my lovely flat but in addition I've had feedback from some potential tenants who PERSEVERED and contacted me via my own adverts after being told by View Lettings that my flat had been let, which it has NOT. They are unethical a to be avoided.
