I had booked an appointment 2 months ago and paid in advance, each time it got to the appointment day the women would re-arrange it for "next time" as she was not qualified enough to proceed with the treatment and the person who was, went away for a whole 2 months. When I asked for a refund they refused to give me one, and required me to wait until the beautician returns from holiday, I wont be coming back !
