I had the packaging, price tags, and receipt for the backpack. I was wearing the backpack, as I was never given a bag in the first place, so he turned me away. Proclaiming that he could clearly see the bag was used. He didn't bother to inspect the backpack or ask me why I wasn't happy with my original purchase. After reading the reviews it seems this place suffers from incompetent and rude staff. Avoid and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
