I phoned him on Saturday morning and he was able to come that afternoon, which fit perfectly with my schedule (NB: Apparently agencies don't respond for anything after 4pm on a Saturday...) His prices were also 100 times more reasonable on top! He was so polite and hard working, and clearly is a professional who is excellent at his trade. He worked to unclog the pipes it was not for lack of effort that he was unsuccessful that day. The shop that was still open in the area simply didn't have what he needed to deal with the severity of blockage. He came back promptly the next morning with the item to finish the job. The pipes are now as clean as the day they were installed and he also explained and fixed some attachment issues which were causing leaks before leaving. He then didn't even leave a big mess for me to deal with, which was great! So glad to have a draining bath again and will definitely keep his number for any further plumbing or boiling related issues!
