Lost my expensive jumper and spoke to two different people about it, neither could not understand how it happened and even insinuated somehow it was my fault? They claimed to investigate, never got a call back. Could not offer any explanation or apology, or a refund as I have paid for the service as well. I would give 1 star if I could. I am still waiting for an answer...
