When I arrived I was welcomed by the receptionist who was very friendly , she took my coat to hang ! I was then escorted to one of the top stylist George who performed colour , haircut and wash . He did an amazing job ! I was given cofee and biscuits and magazines as a complimentary service . I was even given a mini hair massage during my hair wash by one of the girls !
The shop floor spacious , clean with very stylish decor
All the team at westfield London are very friendly and professional I had the best experience very happy and will definitely visit again soon ! I asked for some lowlights to cover the old orangey ones I had, instead they coloured my whole hair orange (?!). My hair's in pretty bad condition now from all the colour they put in it. I also found the receptionist really rude. Those 2 stars are only because the manager was lovely and gave me a good haircut.
