Asked to see their price list and turns out that's for a resoling, not what I wanted but apparently it's impossible to stray from the set menu 'because they are a franchise'.

I went here to get the band of the watch adjusted however ended up getting a big scratch on the brand new watch. Not only the quality of service but the attitude of the staff is horrible. He talks as if he was the king and I was a servant. When I asked a very minor question the staff started shouting at me and was incredibly rude.
I usually do not post negative comments but I am so upset with the experience and do not want to see people getting in trouble thus decided to post this.

I had been quoted by another branch of Timpson £9.99 to replace a watch battery on a simple watch where I had already taken the back off. This branch of Timpson quoted me £39.99 for exactly the same job and were abusive and rude when I pointed out that their other branch had quoted £9.99. They obviously took one look at me and decided that I was good for rip off.

3 weeks later & a bunch of phone calls & visits later i still have not received my sign.
