- Mark F. Review added: 2018.10.26★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Looking to spend well into 5 figures for a special ring, I went to Boodles first and was very well looked after in terms of advice and guidance. The next day I sadly went to this Tiffany shop and was told to queue to get served unless I wanted to browse. I explained I wanted service so I could possibly purchase but I was asked to queue. Whilst waiting, other people passed the queue, browsed then got served! The four assistants were serving not from the queue but anybody in front of them. The 'guard' at the door asked me to stand at the end of the shop to get service when I pointed this out to him. This was after 15 minutes queuing! I then waited a further 10 minutes at the end of the shop where I was still not served or even greeted / acknowledged at all. After about 30 minutes I walked out of the shop and happily spent my money elsewhere.
