- Rachel Robins Review added: 2018.03.19★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The service was shocking, with a waiter rolling his eyes at one of our party when she complained about her steak been undercooked. Another waitress called our party grumpy and it took over an hour for us to be served our starters. The food was rubbish - certainly not worth the wait.
We asked to speak to a manager and was told that she would be over right away - an hour and 3 reminders later, the manager arrived and was not very apologetic for our experience but did offer us discount.
The following morning at breakfast, as we were waiting to be seated, a MOUSE ran past our feet and under another parties table! The staff didn't seem phased by this at all - as if it happens frequently!
All in all, an awful experience. I would not recommend this hotel.
