I would like to start by saying I am no roofer, I am currently having some roofing work done and the roofer had sent me out to buy some materials he needed coping stones, lead etc. When I went to Thames roofing they where very rude there was a young man at the counter with short hair with a small build, I didn’t catch his name and when I said I would like some lead but didn’t know the size so I had to ring the roofer he just laughed in my face and thought it was funny that I didn’t know about roofing, he then gave me a the price for the materials, £700.00 which I thought was a lot and then asked is this the best price and he insisted I would not find it cheaper anywhere else, I then after checked with RTS roofing and the exact same products where £500.00 this company is a rip off and are very rude.
