Not only did they refuse to do a french manicure (because I was having Shellac apparently they can't)... even at £45 for a manicure.
They charged me £65 for a luxury pedicure and then refused to give me the service I had paid for due ti an error on the booking service. Even though they could clearly see the price I paid.
The owner is refused to take any responsibility and instead demanded I call treatwell to sort it out. There was no cares or concern for customer experience but rather blaming myself and the treat well for the mistake.
The services are NOT worth the price you pay. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
