  I came into tesco to browse and pick up one or two items as I'f been here before and I noticed that they have a wide selection of various items....however the level of service I thought I'd receive when I came here the second time around wad way below my expectations..from the cashier in the grocery section...to the the section where they sell hot beverages....i wanted a hot chocolate but wanted to have an idea of the sizes and prices...i had to ask the lady behind the counter FOUR TIMES to see the size cups and the prices...even before she told me..she was already selecting the size cup I NEEDED ..FOR ME! The attitude she had..then another member of staff came and asked her why she was in that mood...she said she's upset...so you see..here I am a paying customer..unfamiliar with this part of the store..and I was being dealt badly because of her bad mood...to add insult to injury..i watched as .new customers came and sat at their tables..that hadn't been busted(cleared) from previous customers...all in all ..it's a nice place with great prices..BUT WATCH OUT FOR STAFF WHO ARE HAVING A BAD DAY!

  i’m very disappointed with your service! i tried paying with a £50 note which apparently couldn’t be accepted but as soon as i went to the bank they accepted it instantly. i think this service need to be improved as it made me very unhappy.
  
  i went there again today and still no improvement, they stated that they will no longer accept £50 notes. when paying the woman’s phone rang which delayed my payment.
