- Nicky G Review added: 2018.01.16★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I have been a patient at Temple Fortune Surgery for many years. The surgery serves a varied and demanding community. They have been very kind in allowing me to continue at the surgery even though I have moved out of area. The Doctors on the Herverd/Grossmark side are excellent . However I am very unhappy at the length of time it takes to get through to the surgery even if you are first in the queue and the attitude of some the reception staff when there is a pressing issue that needs a little less inflexible attitude. A little insight into how the person on the end of the phone may be feeling would be appreciated (not least to say more professional) or else give up the day job as you are clearly not happy or good at it.
