I've been speaking to the manager of the store a multiple of times and she said that she has sent the package when she clearly hasn't.
She also gave me an email address to refer my complaints to which was invalid.
Absolutely shocking for a designer store to do something as frustrating as this. I'd expect Primark to do this and not Ted Baker.
Never ever coming back for anything else.

Zuzana - Flavia Olivieri Review added: 2018.02.08★ ★ ★ ★ ★Is that me or is the only ted baker where there is actually "customer service" (and I shop in ted baker stores A LOT), usually shop assistants don't even greet you, here they actually help! I will always come back here :)
