I came with a quote from next door for cheaper laminate flooring and they quoted me £500 more. I did asked them to put a quote on a headed paper and reply was that they don't have any. I also mentioned that how can your services be more expensive if the flooring is cheaper and you quoting to beat any quote, the reply of salesmen was astonishing, he said that is the quote why did you come here.
Not happy with the place, it might look good on the outside but people inside need some serious training and discipline, how can they employ someone so incompetent.
They will loose more customers if it will carry on this way.
