- tika stefano Review added: 2018.04.04★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I cancelled a flight within 24h they said that the money would be in my account in 10 days. after 10 nothing, so i call back. they said that it would take 2 weeks more. After 2 weeks nothing, so I called again and they say 5 weeks. After 5 weeks I call again and they said that the money had been refunded. I sent a copy of my statement to show that the money had gone out, the advisor said that they would refund the money. It's been more than 5 weeks and the money is not in my account. I called again today and they say that I need to call the refunds team tat only opens on Tuesdays and Thursdays and is in Switzerland. Awful company, Awful customer services. It seems that they are doing everything not to give my money back. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
