I did a high end development and no consideration has been given to their design input whatsoever. House was very high end and in it we had only stone, oak and bronze. Swallow were aware of this and left us with a huge ugly lift panel in stainless steel with a large ugly red button and their attitude has been such where you feel it's just tough on you. They damaged a stone floor and took no steps to rectify it. I also had to chase and chase and chase.
